What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your account and convert your strategies:

• Account: email, name, profile photo, and Google account ID when you sign in with Google
• Usage: how many conversions you have left, your plan, and a daily conversion count so the service stays fair
• Strategies you paste: the strategy you submit so we can convert it. We do not sell this
• Payments: paid plans are processed by Paddle as our merchant-of-record checkout partner. We receive your plan and transaction status, not your full card number

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Sign you in and keep you signed in
• Convert your strategies and apply your plan limits
• Process upgrades, refunds, and billing questions
• Keep the product reliable and stop abuse
• Email you only about your account or important service news

We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Who we work with

Trusted partners help us run CodeFlowOS. They only get what they need to do their job:

• Checkout partners — payments and subscriptions
• Website host — serving the site
• Database provider — storing account and usage records
• Google — sign-in
• Our conversion engine — it reads the strategy you paste so we can convert it

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove or anonymize personal records unless we must keep something for tax, fraud, or legal reasons. Payment records may be kept by our checkout partners as required by payment rules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK), you can ask us to:

• See what personal data we hold about you
• Download a copy (export)
• Correct it
• Delete your account and related personal data

Cookies

We use a small sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics later, it will only measure how the product is used, not to profile you for ads.
