CodeFlowOS
Refund Policy
Last updated 26 September 2026
Scope
This policy applies to purchases of CodeFlowOS Pro subscriptions and Lifetime access made through our checkout partner, Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the transaction. Your receipt and checkout confirmation identify the applicable billing details.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Plans and recurring billing
- Pro: a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel it.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge.
The final price, currency, applicable taxes, and billing interval are shown in Paddle Checkout before you pay. A successful payment gives you access to the plan shown on the Pricing page, subject to our Terms of Service.
How to cancel a subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Use the Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction email or visit Paddle.net to manage or cancel your subscription.
Refund requests
Unless applicable law says otherwise, paid transactions are non-refundable. Paddle may review discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of the transaction date, considering the product, usage, and reason for the request. A request within 14 days does not automatically guarantee a refund.
For a refund request, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle.net and select the refund option. You may also contact CodeFlowOS at support@codeflowos.com.
Consumer rights and product issues
Consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the UK, and other regions may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Digital service rules may affect those rights when access starts immediately after purchase and you have expressly agreed to that immediate access. Any applicable statutory right overrides this policy.
If a material technical issue prevents access to a paid feature as described, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a remedy or refund through Paddle, subject to applicable law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded plan may be suspended or removed. Paddle uses its transaction records to verify the purchase date and eligibility.
