Introduction

These terms explain how you can use CodeFlowOS. By signing in or converting a strategy, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What CodeFlowOS does

CodeFlowOS helps you convert trading strategies between Pine Script, cTrader, and MQL5. You paste a strategy, we return a converted version you can review and use in your own trading platform.

Conversions are generated automatically. They can contain mistakes. Always check the output in a demo account before you risk real money.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own trades. CodeFlowOS is a conversion tool. It is not a broker, signal service, or financial adviser. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, and we do not promise profits.

You agree that you will:

• Only convert strategies you have the right to use
• Review every converted strategy before going live
• Keep your Google account secure
• Not try to overload, scrape, or break the service

Credits and subscriptions

Free accounts include a small number of conversions each month. Paid plans (Pro and Lifetime) include more conversions, as shown on the Pricing page. Unused free or Pro conversions do not roll over after the period ends. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for ongoing access at the conversion volume we list at the time of purchase.

We may pause or limit usage if we see abuse, sharing of accounts, or automated bulk converting that harms other traders.

Payments and billing

Paid checkout is provided by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the transaction. The price, currency, taxes, and billing interval shown in Paddle Checkout apply to your purchase. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription; Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

You can cancel Pro through the Manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds and statutory consumer rights are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the strategies you paste in. We do not claim ownership of your strategies. CodeFlowOS, the name, logo, and the product itself remain ours. You may not copy the product, resell access, or present CodeFlowOS as your own service.

Limitation of liability

Trading involves risk. Converted strategies may not run as expected, may behave differently across platforms, or may lose money. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CodeFlowOS and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided as-is.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
